Kaixin textile factory is a leading textile provider, and always played an important role for Kaixin: the company’s success story started witha product from this business unit.
The Kaixin textile factory business includes yarns, sewing threads and fabric, with current monthly capacity 300 tons. Those products being exported to more than 52 countries, such as Russia, Poland, Autralia, SouthAfrica,Turkey, etc. In 2016, Kaixin textile generated sales of 60 million CNY, 60 % of total company sales.
 
Our dyeing factory
Kaixin dyeing factory was founded in 2011, and located in Wuhan city, Hubei province.Kaixin dyeing factory has two workshops with 12 sets of high-temperature and high-pressure cheese dyeing cylinder which are controlled by the imported central computer system. In order to better control quality, Kaixin dyeing factory also introduced top-class equipment to test quality,such as YG086 Measuring Reel Tester, YG200 Automatic Single Yarn Tester. 
Kaixin dyeing factory specialized in yarnand fabric dying, including cotton, linen, silk, viscose, modal, polyester staple fiber, acrylic cotton, poly cotton, etc. Kaixin dyeing factory employees 15 professional employees, and current monthly capacity around 300 tons per month, generated 14.4 percent of total company sales.
 
Our packing factory
Kaixin packing factory was founded in 2008,which has two workshops with PVC box making machine, automatic heat shrink 
wrapping machine, high frequency plastic blister machine, and fabric rolling machine. Kaixin packing factory is specialized in packing for sewing thread, fabric, sewing kits, safety pins, flakes, hot fixed acrylic stones, flower tapes, bobbinsfor mouline thread winding,tailor’s measuring tape, sewed-on snap fasteners, etc. All of the packing design based on customers’ needs,thus most of the products packed by Kaixin will be directly sale on the market.
